I would say yes. Looking at rockauto.com both cars use the same Walker convertor #54627

It should, if the Monte is a 2000-04 with a 3.8L.

I believe all the W body DPs are compatable. It's when you start looking at the bigger cars like the bonnies where issues come into play.
