very slowly. i keep noticing drops on the pulleys below. its coming from the center of the ZZP MPS adapter. note the engine has been on the stand for months, not running, and the M90 has been removed and handled a few times.

also a sneak peak of the rx7/L67 engine

It's going to leak a bit, that is a breather on the end. Don't worry about it.

Oh he has had this clandestine project on simmer for good long while and he has been keeping us well in the dark. Thats cool though since some installed pics will bring plenty of shock value.

I LOVE those valve covers devilgrin

Are you planning some kind of U-bend for your throttle body mounting point? since I assume there will be firewall clearance issues.

Depending on what year Rx7 he is dropping it into and where he fabs the motor mounts to be but he has plenty of clearance on the FC even the FD it all depends how far back he wants it to sit.

I've been very busy with a lot of other things, so this is just a slow-moving project that is recently picking up steam, or gas. I've been slowly gathering parts and fabricating a few things.

Its a 1991 RX-7 (FC). Yes it is extremely roomy as you can see in the picture, but the oil pan needs to clear the steering rack! That is the pain. It pushes the engine back against the firewall. Luckily the T5 transmission is smaller than the mazda, so the shifter is close to the correct spot inside the car. The supercharger intake is going to be a problem (expected). Nothing a plasma cutter, chuck norris' fist, and welder can't handle, though.

I'm leaking these photos WAY too early laugh

Here we are fitting a blown L36 in, for mounting purposes.

lol my motor has been pulled for a week trust me dude I know about leaving people in suspense lmao.

I see what you mean about the clearance. The oil pan slipped my mind I never thought about steering clearance.

Why a T5? No TKO etc?

Looks like its gunna be a beast bro!

Sounds like its time for a dry sump system and custom pan.

I'd love to do this kind of swap on my GP by installing a C5 Vette driveline. That would be a true ThunderBat!
