Prior to even getting things ready for a pulley install I messed up. Maybe I shouldn't even try installing pulley on supercharger now? Instead of releasing tension from the tensioner I was putting stress on the idler pulley bolt. It broke off inside the assembly that the idler pulley is in. So I'm now hitting myself for not looking @ the diagram that is ever so conveniently located on this website.
It looks like there is an assembly that it goes into and can be removed/replaced fairly easily? Also not sure what kinda bolt goes in there.
Go figure I would do this... However this is far from being a huge issue. It is nothing compared to when I broke the exhaust manifold bolt off into the head lol.
I was lucky enough I got my car into a shop today. Guy said it was no biggy and that he would remove bolt for me and put pulley on. I back after a few hours and he had pulley on and bolt out. My car is all good to go. I'm glad I won't be replacing that entire assembly. I owe it to that shop in town.
