Just got done replacing all 5 lug bolts on the aft right of Colleen. To get the lugs off, you HAVE to remove the hub from the brake/hub assy. Heres what you do:

Remove tire with 19mm socket

Remove brake caliper bolts with 15mm socket

Remove brake pad mounting bolts with 13mm socket

Remove brake rotor

On the inboard side of the brake/hub assy, remove e-brake return spring and e-brake control cable and ABS/Trac sensor connector

Using the holes milled into the hub face, remove 4 10mm hub mounting bolts

Remove hub/brake assy

On inboard side of hub/brake assy, find 2 Torx bolts. Remove Torx bolts to separate hub and e-brake assy's

To remove lug bolts, use a short, heavy sledge hammer to pound old bolts out and new bolts in. Be careful not to pound lug bolts in against splines or crooked

Installation is reverse of removal. Torque spec on lug nuts is 135ft/lbs.
