Fog lights with High Beams is NOT possible without doing a little re-wiring. GTPRed's link should show you how to do it.

I personally have been able to do it without rewiring every ONCE in a while by having the fog lights on, then flashing to high beams on/off/on real quick. Sometimes the high beams will stay on.

Or do what everyone does, upgrade to "driving lights" instead of factory fog lights for improved lighting smile

OR you can go the HID route.

a simple relay will solve your problem..although in some states it's illegal to run foglights and high-beams....

heres a link on how to make your fog lights stay on with high beams on. i havent tried it but.. heres the link its kinda far down the page.
http://www.clubgp.com/newforum/tm.asp?m=2700311&appid=&p=&mpage=1&key=high%2Cbeam%2Cfog&language=single&tmode=&smode=&s=#2700311

Bend up pin 86 from the fog lamp relay(in fuse box under the hood) so it no longer connects to the socket, and wire it directly to ground. You can either solder wire to it or use a crimp connector that slides over the pin.
