how do i fix my parking brake it does not hold my car the car will roll and if im driveing it will not lockup the back wheels how do i make it work

If you take the rear rotor off you should be able to adjust it..actually there should be a hole in the backing plate which may have a rubber seal on it, use a screw driver to adjust it thru the hole..ther was a picture of one a while back..no idea where it is now.

Here is a good shot of what i am talking about underneath the rotor in the back:

If the pedal feels like normal, your cable should be good. Otherwise, adjust it like chunkee said, or the pads might be worn (especially if you like using the ebrake in motion hammer )

wait a minute eek eek eek !!!!! we have drum brakes AND disc brakes on the back of our cars?!?!?!?!?!? WT* is this?

The rear brake is a combo disc/drum. The inner portion is the drum and is only used by the parking brake.

Yeah, its hard to imagine until you actually take one of the rear rotors off, then you will completely understand. The first time I saw one of these setups (on an Izuzu pickup no less) I freaked out.
