It would be pretty easy to find a complete S/C L67 engine under 1500, just look around. Try clubgp.com, ebay or your local junk yard. This will also limit the down time on your car. Shoot, I bought my entire 97GTP for 2700 and did a massive tune up and it runs great.

Sure a L-67 is reasonable swap but your also buying someone elses used motor with a top swap or the ZZP m-90 you know the condition of your engine and added bonus the ZZP SSM90 will make around 50whp more than a stock l-67 out of the box.Chico(pops)

Isn't the GTP tranny stronger than the GT ? Another plus about getting the complete L67 is the ability to mod/build the engine out of the car. This is much simpler and less time consuming than modding the engine while it is in the car.

Plan on at least a weekend. Experienced guys can do it in a day. But I'd plan for two. Considering beer breaks and all.

So you dont have to do a top end swap at all for a M90 Supercharger? You can just get the install kit and call it good? Can you do that for a 02 Grand Prix GT? I think I would beable to afford to buy the kit and the supercharger but not the top end swap, but is that possible on a gt?

You need to read ZZP's site on the kit ,other things you'll need modified LIM,modified M-90,billet fuel rails ,also a MPS the total cost is around $1400 plus cores this is for the base kit .Chico(pops)
