after I thought it was you. I have no idea you have few people working for
you. I don't want to create the problem with you. There is link about what

(below). I'm here for tell you that your ebay got wrong year "2001" that I
actually found vin # under rear bumper. It was belong to 2000 car. I own 2
cars. I have 2001 & 2003 Galaxy silver. I just want buy 2001 rear bumper but
I have no idea it is belong to 2000 silvermist color. I email them about
wrong color but they don't help me too. I hope you can fix the problem and
refund my money back because I didn't know it was belong to 2000 and the
color belong silvermist than I'm seeking for galaxy silver.

Sorry there is a problem with the cover and the fact one of my workers didnt
resolve the problem for you. I was out due to a death in the family. That
is also the reason for the late reply on my part.
I went over this with my guys. We always try to list things as accurately
as possible, but we list so many items, I cant possibly read over all the
auctions, I have to trust they are correct and doing their job properly.
Selling used parts online is very tough, but I dont think anyone out there
has better feedback than us, we work hard at it.
It appears in this case he missed the very small indent in the cover which I
understand isnt the biggest problem. He labled the car a 01 when in fact it
was a 00' That is obvious to most people as 97-00 is silvermist and 01-03
is galaxy silver. I dont have an answer as to how or why, but he has been
repremanded and given a written warning. We strive for perfection, but
nobody is perfect. Most of the people that work here know the color
differences, so I am shocked this slipped through the cracks. We do state
in all auctions that the items will need painted to match your car, but I do
understand you were wanting one ready to bolt on and the auction was flat
out wrong on the model year. most covers arent in bolt on condition when
used, just because of small scratches or dings from daily use. Either way,
I understand what you were expecting and why and I apologize we didnt
deliver to your expectations.
From here, I can
- issue a partial refund or even more in parts credit and you keep the cover
to save having to send the item back, you can have the cover painted
-issue a full refund once the cover is sent back to us
-you send back the cover and we send a galaxy silver cover once we get
another in. will have to be patient, but I will try and get one quickly
Let me know what you prefer or if you have another resolution. I will do
what I can for you.

FYI, I have 7 people working here, I dont see any parts ever unless someone
has a question on something. I also dont pick or pack or ship anything.
not even here on a set schedule. I manage the company and my other
ventures, but dont have a hand in everything here. It is set up to run
without me for the most part, as you can see, I am still needed though.
