ok im gettin alittle confused about the projectors, when u plug them in right from the box do they omit white light or do u have to go buy bulbs for them to put out the white light

they come with halogen bulbs, the white light your seeing is from a hid kit. you can get em from ebay for abnout 60 bucks and you need a h1 bulb.

so i would need to buy an hid kit and the h1 bulb on top of the projectors to get the white light? and what about the fog lights do i need to buy an hid kit for that too?

go to ebay. type in HID Kit. there are a bunch of diff sellers but there all the same. (for the most part) you need a H1 bulb to get a white or even a bluish tint. but the light out put is GREAT! now for fogs if you have stock you need a 880 HID kit. there pretty much plug and play. and i sent you a pm. check it.
