My wiper fluids are full but i cant hear the pump working and will not spray. Does anyone know where the pump is and what fuse its.

Pump is in the washer bottle. If you don't see the bottle when you open the hood you have to get at it through the passenger fenderwell. Chances are the pump is corroded. Same thing happened with mine. Picked one up at my local parts store.

Just look on the back of the fuse box cover. It will tell you what fuse.

ive done that and dont see anything pertaining to a wiper pump fuse unless its the wiper fuse for the blades too

couldn't tell ya. Check the box under the hood as well.

no fuse. take off pass wheel, unbolt 4-5 small screws, pull out fenderliner, remove pump. if your good, takes about 20 min. oh, and fluid will drain out of res so change pump quickly.

how cold is it by you? i know mine would sometimes act funny when the temp got really cold

It is really washer pump bottle. I have same problem last year. I brought used washer pump bottle from Ed Moard and it is working fine since then. Like OP says he can't heard pump then that's clearly it is dead pump. If it is freezing outside. You should heard pump running if wiper thing is frozen that won't spray it out.

its really cold right now we are getting slammed with snow for like the next 3 days so unless i can make it to the shop im stuck then, like there days here when its negative 10 15 a few times 25 plus no kidding in in upstate new york near ft drum

no i use the wiper fluid thats made for deep cold right now it works well. this car is in really good shape just the minor stuff like i had to get a fog light and new wiper blades. the guy before me was the second owner and he took really good care of it i just got the warranty on the all the seals he had replaced before winter,this care was a business travel car for a corrections officer.

is there any intakes that i can swap to add a little hore pwr for the 3.1 V6 or would doing the 3.8 swap be a better option. also will the 3.1 trans bolt up to the 3.8 or do you hace to switch it to.

Really no permormance mods for the 3.1..

They use the same tranny in the GT-SE and the GTP uses a diffrent one. If you upgrade to a 3.8 s/c then swap the tranny too, it will save you allot of headaches. If your just putting in a 3.8 n/a then you can keep the same tranny.

Wrong. We do have performance mods for 3.1 engine. See 3.1 performance thread about that on bottom of page 1 list. I'm not sure why you ask same question. You create 3.1 performance thread. We gave you some answer.

You can mod anything you want. It's not worth modding the 3.1. Putting a 17 second car into the low 16's or high 15's is still slow.

i feel ya on that, im browsing for stuff at the moment cause im in the middle of tuning my other car which is an import, and i just catch the moddifying itch with every car i get so im looking int later finishing my import in a month or so

I don't want mod anything on my engine to make it fast. I don't need to race or go drag track.

I'm just telling ifitwasnt4u that 3.1 do have performance mods stuffs.

I love the handleing so far it could use a little tightening up, its cream colored with tan cloth interior and pit black tint and the factory 5 spoke chrome rims. all new engine seal because the previous owner was very good to this car and also a new radiator thats about it

Im palnning on the H22 head swap and some arias piston and crower rods and cams and AEM true time cam gears, after that maybe Turbo not sure if i want to stick to NA
