Well, front axle went very well, rotors,pads
n paint on calipers, however, I am getting a weird squeek, kinda sounds like an owl in my left
rear wheel, and looking down on everything from top, looks like inside of top pad not quite sitting flush on rotor, is it possible that plunger isnt coming out evenly on both sides or more likely that something is warped? Never noticed anything before

Check the calpier bolts and plunger.

Try reinstalling those pads. You might not have seated them all the way.

You know, when i finished the rear breaks, I had the same thing. Turned out to be the rear bearing, right side. Replaced it, it's been gone since.

All input appreciated as always, however I am getting a ton of dust on that wheel, so I ahve eliminated bearings,have taken apart 3 diff times, to no avail, will try again Sat. morning, see what happens
