Does anyone have any good advice about using NOS? Pro's & con's, HP increase or any major problems they've ran into? Also who makes a good idiot-proof setup?

Ive ben asking the same question on here, and no response. I have a nitrous express kit installed on my 97 GTP, and ive ben experiencing some wierd things, i dono if they are normal or not, but i cant get an answer on here and nitrous express cant tell me either. if you find out any info on NOS, could you please let me know? Thanks!
