Oh, we know they exist. I have a vid on my laptop of that same car making a sub 10sec run in the 1/4.

The problem is that car is completely gutted. No interior, no passenger capability, not street legal. Anyone can do that, given time and money. I'm waiting for a stock looking swap. There's a GTX like that in progress last I remember on ClubGP.

i would love to find a wrecked gp or one with a blown motor shot tranny and such just were i can get a tube frame to stick in it and a sbc with a blower lol ... it would be sweet

There is no RWD myth. It can be and has been done, numerous times. Its just more money that i can't justify spending, even if i had it.
