I want to get the stage 6 kit from 3800 performance's web site, but i was wondering if the stock tranny in my car wont hold the extra HP, or will it be fine? Either way I'm most likely going to build up my tranny I was just wondering wether or not to build it up first or get the Stage 6 kit. I wanna go faster hahah

I see stage 6 contains cam, headers w/ 3” downpipe, PCM, smaller pulley, 160 or 180 thermostat, and belt. The colder spark plugs are NOT included. The tranny life will be shortened. How long it lasts depends on if you drive it crazy. Man, got $2500 to spend? Recommend either getting only what you need or getting the turbo.

I'd get a ZZP race tranny installed. New differential.
Man that car would go forever.

I WAS going to concentrate on Suspension mods after I get my headers in a couple months....but I think I will be getting a new torque converter and input shaft before I go there because I am worried about how my tranny will handle this cam.. so I wouldn't add ALL the power adders without all the small things..but it's your tranny  Who knows, it could last forever!

I was thinking that for the tranny upgrades i would get the Intense Complete transaxle upgrade kit. Anyone hear anything about that kit?

TastyBake thats exactly what i was thinking abut doing in the first place. Only i wanted to get the Tranny done, then the intercooler, then just get the stage 6 kit...

If you like the S/C, just stick with it (m90) and follow tastybakes advise. If you are not stuck on S/C then defenitely go turbo, the results are absolutely nutty but it will cost you.
