Well i think the title says it all looking at picking this turbo kit up in a few months, yes I know my CAI will have to be taken off, by then i also plan on having the SLP powerflo exhaust system, just seeing if anyone else is familar with this this turbo kit or not, i will also be pruchasing the air-air intercooler kit, boost controller the ceramic coated piping, Tial BOV. Also had a quick question if the #42 injectors will be good or if i should go ahead and go with #65?

Alright should the stock fuel pump be powerful enough?

Since the turbo kit is put together by ZZP I would ask what they recommend ,as far as the stock fuel pump I do'nt think it will flow enough for 65LBer's ,by the way good choice in a FI system ,what kind of condition is your tranny in?Since you will be nearly doubling your whp,Good Luck! Chico(pops)

Thanks. Well i bought the car used it actually has alot of miles 124,500 to be more precise, bought it at i believe 108,000. That is one area I was sort of concerned with even though i have had no tranny issues at all thus far. Have had to make quite a few repairs to the car since ive gotten it but its been running great for a while now. Some things ive had to get replaced: New Rack and pinion, right front hub bearing, Front Driver side CV boot, and a few other smaller things i can't name off the top of my head.

I doubt you'll need 65lb injectors. Like somebody already said... see what ZZP recommends. I've heard about 65's being harder to control and tune... and the point about the stock fuel pump is true, but to clarify: the stock pump won't support the full flow of the 65's. It will work with them up to a certain injector pulse width (IPW).

ZZP says the stock fuel pump in the SE's/GT's don't supply over 300hp.
Now, I'd say that's a very conservative estimate but yes, you are going to need a larger fuel pump.
HAve you decided which turbo you are going with? That will make the difference in being able to use 42.5# injectors or nedding the 65# ones.

Unless you ask them for a bigger/smaller one, yes.
For the 62-1 they supply, you should be fine with 42.5# injectors as long as you make sure to install a more powerful aftermarket fuel pump.
So either way, you need a stronger fuel pump.

For the sake of answering the question, you will want at LEAST 1 aerforce gauge, as well as a boost and oil pressure gauges.
But I agree with Corey. If you knew exactly what you were getting into, you wouldn't be asking these questions.
