I love it man. I don't see nothing wrong with the blue rings on the fogs, that makes tbat car stands out. Nice job.

Just to guard against any further suggestions that I be banned from the board for not posting daytime shots of my projector lights, I submit the following for your approval. I removedthe lights this morning and tried adding the coat of niteshade I had previously mentioned...TAKE NOTE...Niteshade does not play well with other paints! The tint coat immediately crinkled, cracked and gave the worst orange peel effect possible. SO... a complete sand down was in order as well as clean up and restriping the desired design. This time I gave a generous coating of Krylon Fusion gloss black and allowed that to set for about 15mins. Then with razor knife I peeled off the tape while the paint was still tacky. I then applied a clear coat to preserve the fresh edges. Thankfully the clear coat took away any scratch marks left by the sandpaper so the remaining lens portion looks nice and clear. I was washing the car but waslosing the light fast so I stopped and grabbed these few shots. I should be recieving the grills very soon...then I will be happy to get some good full frontal shots.

Where did you buy these and how much, and these are just projectors with a little Tbat touch, right?

I bought the lights off eBay...they were about $150 + another $45 shipping. I think the seller was called "racer union" I always liked the look of the halos but I was put off by the large clear corner and chrome reflector. This was the look I had tried to get away from when I installed the black corners on the car before. Even the so called "black projectors" still had this large clear corner reflector. So the whole idea was to tone down the impact of the large clear corner light and enhance the black effect further...hence the striping and paint. This still keeps me legal in VA and still delivers plenty of light at night. If you want to try this mod with your lights then dont skimp on low quality masking tape if you want crisp clean lines...and the clearcoat I feel is a must to prevent those paint edges from flaking off later on. I like the way these turned out so much I am considering taking my tails back off and restriping those with the black paint instead of the niteshade. Thanks for the props guys ...my goal is to eventuallyget the T-Bat show worthy...but still street driveable.
