tim did you buy some weather stripping foam and put two strips under each light? I really like the look of them!

Weather stripping glue comes off quickly, I'm going to cut a fuel hose in half and glue that on when I redo mine. Not sure what will bond rubber to plastic best...

well so far mines stayed on pretty well. i just gotta go and redo them real quick to help prevent the bounce a little more.

I like the look of the striped corners.

I don't think it would work on anyother color other then black though.

my hood grills are missing since I shipped them off to your buddy Jason to use as a pattern for a matching set...without the hood grills in the car looks like a toothless hag. I'mhoping to be all straight in time to make the calendar deadline...looks like its gonna be close, but the final look should be worth it.

Hey Tbat, you said you used Krylon Fusion gloss black. Did that still allow light to shine through like Niteshades or no?

Krylon Fusion wont let any light through. Maybe a small amount, but not like niteshades

The Krylon Fusion blocks any light which Is why I used such wide stripe...plus Niteshade will glow red which is not what you want on the front of the car.
