I was searching through threads but couldn't find exactly the info I was looking for so sorry if this is already covered.

I am looking to do rockers, probably 1.9 ratio, as well as the 105# springs and retainers. Probably looking at ordering from ZZP - which ones are the best ones to get from there. I noticed a lot of different choices.

First off is 1.9 the best way to go? Secondly what other additional things do I need to properly complete the install and what is all involved with it? Third which brand?

If anyone has links or can give me a brief right up on it I would appreciate it.

1.9 is the best way to go. you will need new rocker bolts for the install since the stockers are TTY. Just go with the 1.9 mod'd rocker for like 300 bucks on zzp's site

If you ever plan on doing a cam, 1.9 is too big, IIRC.

If I later decided to do a cam, then I would sell the rockers. I looked into that and I think you can't go bigger than 1.7:1 with a cam. Thanks for the heads up though.

I thought the rockers sit on a stud with a ball nut.

The stock GP rockers sit on a pedestal and are held in with torque to yield bolt.

A few of the after market rockers come with their own bolts that can be reused. I would either go with the Yella Terra or Comp Cam rockers. I know the Yella Terra's come with bolts, but I'm not sure about the Comp Cam ones.
