ok, so im getting a gen 5 m90, intake manifold, and throttlebody adaptor...thats already a definate...but i figured, while im doing this, why not add a ss intercooler also...
1- what would it involve to do this?
2-what all is needed other than zzp's ssic kit, a belt, and modification to the fuel rails?
3-is zzp the only one that sells cheap fuel rails already modded to fit the intercooler, as there out of stock right now...

i think you can use there spacers to use for the rails. its just becaues your adding an extra inch or so so thats what the spacers are for, i think you just need the kit and it somes with almost everything

People are almost always disappointed with an SS intercooler. I have seen dozens of people kick themselves for going SS, and many of them have upgraded to a full size.

People underestimate the SSIC with a good FMHE and the proper pump you are able to drop inlet temps by almost 100deg,I am useing one with a frozen boost HE and a rule pump and a 2 resevoire setup and it cools just fine ,the actual cooling of the coolant is the job of the FMHE so if you have enough volume the SSIC will work for most setups.Chico(pops)

Pops has a point.

But on the other hand generally (not all) those that go with an SSIC and see the gains they start to go crazy and want more. At which point they want more and more which will require the bigger.

That's why it's best to have a plan and stick to it.

For me I don't need it to be a a 600hp beast. I would be perfectly happy with 300. But that has to wait.
