I just installed a CAI system and in the course of doing so I removed the headlight assembly. It was very tight at first but then it came loose. When I tried to put it back it did not seem as tight. I got the tab in the slot on the inside but I can't see one on the corner. Am I missing something or is not as tight after the initial removal?

I went ahead and removed the other one too so I replace the lights with brighter ones. They seem to be pointing at the right level but neither one is as tight as it was originally. Any help would be appreciated.

There are two tabs on the headlight pots one is closer to the corner lamp and one is closer to the radiator (bigger flap) are you sure you have both tabs in. Check that you didn't break the smaller tabs to the back. if you did message me back and I'll give you a fix for that.

That did the trick. It was dark when I finished up last night and I couldn't see the tab by the corner lights. It felt a lot better this time. Thanks for the help.
