We crashed ZZP's server last night, and almost crashed their facebook as well. So many people were logged on to get the sales.

They've done it the past few years, it's not a new thing. Some great deals out there though, I wish I had money that I was willing to put into the car right now.

um they had Intercoolers up to $400 off, MPS systems for $69, PCM's for $50 (1/2 off), Aluminum Valve covers $100 off, and Headers for $150 off. To me thats some pretty damn good sales. i just didnt get anything because i was shooting for rockers and they never put them on sale

Actually Wbody store had $1 shipping on anything. Every motor mount you can think of in one package for $100, thats a steal.

Ya if i had the extra cash i definitely would've grabbed new mounts as i guarantee mine are 100% shot lol.

Is there a reason why there are no boxing day sales are on ZZP , Wbody, 3800performance ? Is this just a canadian thing to go all out on December 26 ? I know USA has Black Friday but, I was definitely looking forward to some price drops and got nothing !

Basically, its your black friday. The malls and stores open extremely early, there are price drops from HELL like all electronics are super cheap and its just all around amazing. I thought i'd ask! LOL.

lol I actually thinking same thing couple years ago when I heard about Boxing Day on Canada.

Whole time, I thought it is just a boxing (2 men punch each other for Canada only which I never bother with that since I'm in USA) until I read info from blackarrow98gp's link today. I guess just learn something new.

They should call Black Friday "Black and Blue Friday" with how many people get hurt trying to grab the "great deals." Last year in NY a worker at a walmart got trampled to death

I remember this story. Pretty sad to see people decide push their way to silly products.

It was actually guy. He opened the door for customers and that's end of road for him. That's shame. Poor family if he has any. Imagine that he spend his family time on Thanksgiving for good time. Next day, he is gone in the morning.

They actually closed the store after his death for few hours. Lot of angry customers wants to shopping for great sale. That's pretty heartless people out there for want this cheap products instead guy's death in middle of walmart door.

I like good deal but I don't push, shove, kill or whatever for that. It is crazy that people actually camping for that. Black Friday online deal got me order some instead shopping.

Years ago, I thought it was called "boxing day" because of all the gift returns causing a lot of retailers restocking the items/handle a lot of boxes, especially clothes.

That's what usually happens after Christmas. Later people wanted to snatch deals for stuff that didn't sell and stores want to get rid of or to buy returned stuff. The latter is naive because they don't restock that quick.

Retail prices for electronics drop big time in January so I wait for those.

Ya they definitely do. I was thinking of putting my top swap on hold and spending the cash i had saved up on a TV but , come march (my birthday) the price for a 37" LCD TV is going to be stupid cheap now that LED tv's are coming around.
