Anyone have this mod yet? I am thinking of doing it next month (gotta wait for the money to come in first wink ).

Like? Dislike? Don't care?

Why / why not? Let me know.

Chew, I'm pretty happy with my 12"ers upfront. They don't have the visual bang that the Baer do, but I don't race at the track so 12s are all I need. Oh, and much less money!

Heya,

Actually the Baer Eradispeed I believe are only 12" in the front now.

But they have the cool looking and lighter 2 piece aluminum hats.

All in all a very sweet looking package, especially since it also comes with stainless steel brake lines too (which I think are at least 100 bucks all by themselves).

Now to figure out what pad I should run with the new brakes ... wink

Oooffa That is a lot of cash!!! Just so that I am correct...is it all four rotors, front calipers and lines only? What about rear calipers and lines? I am not one of those guys that says it should be $50 for it all. I just want to make sure what all I would get for that price. That's all.

Eradispeed kit includes:

All four rotors - cross drilled & slotted
2 Front Calipers
All 4 braided stainless hose

I believe you will still need to purchase the 2 Front caliper brackets to accomdate the 12" rotors though.

I've installed 2 of these systems (one last weekend on Jason Stucky's car), so I can comment on install tips and appearance. The owners of the cars will have to comment on performance.

Here's the url with them on Jason\'s car . I think he is working on an install write-up. I have huge pics of the install if anyone is serious about it, or can't see something on Jason's page.

The reason I ask is that the GPS website only mentions 4 rotors, two calipers and lines.

Unless I am missing something I am not seeing a whole kit for all 4 wheels. I just want to clarify what exactly comes in the kit. confused

Yes.....the GPS needs to use one of Jason\'s pictures of what EXACTLY 'comes in the box'. Their picture is a little misleading, but the description is accurate - 4 rotors (the GPS picture does NOT show the correct REAR rotors.....see link above for pictures of the rears), 2 front calipers, 2 front stainless lines and all the brackets and hardware. The PBR calipers do have the pads in them - you do not get rear pads.

HTH,

Sean

Hmmm why not new rear calipers? Not knocking it but for that price and the fact that you are changing out the rear lines I would think that new rear calipers and pads would be included.

Things that make you go hmmmmm.

I agree Jeff. For that price I'd like new everything! Also, you won't be messing with the rear lines because you only get FRONT stainless braided lines!? This sucks, because I don't think the GPS sells the rears only?!? no

First of all, your rear does little to no braking. Most of it is in the front.

The rear you are only replacing the rotor and is a one piece design for looks mainly.

The front has a new caliper because you are replacing the stock single piston caliper with a dual piston caliper.

The price is steep, but you are buying it for the performance. If you want something cheap then by all means just go with the Power Slots and quit whining. (directed at Jeff)
