a year or so ago my windshield wipers got stuck to the windshield and threw the motor off. i took the top part of the motor off and tightened the nut and put the plastic cap on and put duck tape over the small hole to keep water getting in and refreezing and put it back together. i retightened the arms but the timing was off so i took it apart and tried all different positions and cant get the timing . the wipers stall in the middle of the window 0n delay........can anybody help.........dave
