Is there anything better than distilled water for heat-conduction and dissipation for an intercooler system?

Im pretty sure that distilled water is the best for heat transfer.

There are some additives you can buy, im not sure on the performance of them though.

I've heard Water Wetter is a good product.

Here in the Northwest we have to add glycol to prevent freezing.... frown Not the best for heat extraction, but lets you sleep at night knowing the system will be functional in the morning during the winter months.
