MPG between the GT and GTP are negligable and the GTP gets better on the highway.

Plus the SE with the 3100 is even better then the GT when it comes to mileage.

Yeah, but all the money you save in gas is going right in parts and labor to replace those 3100 intake gaskets :b

But the 3100 motor is a p.o.s.

Also consider than a GTP requires 91 Octane fuel. Not sure if you knew that.

If it has Leather it has heated drivers seat.

2002 was the last year of the 2 door.

2000 was the last year of Digital Climate Control.

2 doors and 4 doors both have the same length. We measured each in my garage with 2 levels plumb with the bumpers and a tape measure. Found the 2 door to be about 1/2 inch longer. These cars have tolerances so you can blame that for the differences in length.

4 doors weigh just a bit more because of the door hardware.... I'm guessing less than 100lbs. Not enough to worry about whether it's going to slow you down unless you are looking at running for a speed record.

The Heads Up thingy is available in MOST GTP's..... It's hard to find one with out it.

Best years are '99-02. As stated, '97-98 were working out quirks. '03s have some unique parts and different electrical items making future plans for hotrodding (if you have any) difficult.

Depends, has it ever been wrecked? Do all the seams between body panels seem level and equal...just to start

I honestly think the white one on autotrader is priced pretty good. unless the tranny is going or there is something wrong with the car, id say go for it. after all white is the best color.

...and the heads up thingy rules.
Wait, your 99' just took a crap on you for no reason, and 99's are still the best?
Just messing with you Bobby, I feel your pain! Big chunk change to fix it.

You don't need a V6 either, so why not tell him to just get a bicycle and peddle around town? [/b]
