Man!! this place really IS starting to sound like ClubGP. The whole point of the topic was to simply answer a question, and it seems like not very many people did that. But I'm not taking sides here. T-Bat: yes I do the same thing, only mine is for a new Duramax truck. I'm trying to convince the wife that we need to get rid of her 04 stratus, not my GTP laugh

Sorry, didn't mean to offend anyone, just as I was reading thru the thread, it started to look like Club GP, where one guy bashes another, then everybody starts to take sides on the issue, and the original topic never gets any attention. I swear, Club GP should change the name to "Club S##t Talking that starts out as a question about 97-03 W-body cars but ends up with no resolution." crazy

Sorry, Bobby laugh

Not to put a thorn into one's side, but I apparently know absolutely nothing about cars either guys, cause in my drive right now, there is a 92 cavalier, 98 GTP, and 04 Stratus SE, not to mention what all I have owned (or partially owned) in my life: 76 chevy "heavy half" pickup (I6-250), 76 chev C10 (light duty)(V8-350/5.7), 91 Isuzu pickup (I4-??), 86 chev nova (I4-toyota eng), 85 cutlass (V6-3.8), 97 silverado K1500 (V6-4.3), 93 lumina (V6-3.4DOHC),90 chevy suburban k1500 (V8-350/5.7) 97 GTP R.I.P. (L67-duh!), 81 toyota Starlet (I4-76c.i.), 95 ninja 600cc, 79 yamaha 175 DT. and possibly a couple more that I can't remember right now; but I must not know diddly since I have had such a vast selection, huh? BTW: not all of those were owned by me exclusively, most were owned by one of my parents and me, and those all go back to my high school years, but i was taught about responsibility early, and made my first car payment at 13,a good year before I had my license (I must be Friggin' stupid, huh???) :p laugh

Maybe a little bit... devilgrin

Demented, don't let someone come in here and destroy what GPN has. Unforunately, there will always be those few who try to mess things up.
