Is that the strip you are talking about in the pics (windshield) that doesn't look too long to me. Maybe a 1/2" longer than mine. Being the car is black, I think the dark tint just stood out to the cop and if you drive around with those headlight covers, which I think you are not supposed to, then you shall be getting pullled over for sure.

That exhaust tip sent a cold chill down my spine, but everything else looks awesome. Keep up the good work!

but yeah, about the exhaust hahahaahah im buying the stock GTP exhaust from ed and put 40 series on it so this weekend i was like well, this exhaust will be junk here soon...i should do something fun so i sawsall'd the muffler off, stuck a straight pipe in and put a 20 dollar tip from meijers on it hahahhah it sounds cool though if anyone wants a sound clip i could go take one :p actually, does anyone here have their stock exhaust they wanna sell?

car looks good x2 on the exhaust kinda is like that exhaust tip you look for on a ricers to race n blow the doors off.....good luck with the gtp exhaust should sound good!!

For all the money you spent on headlight covers, exhaust, clear corners, and grill you could almost have a dynomax exhaust (sounds good). They just over $350.

More like a rough dirtbike to me! If anyone talks me into a 3" back to new muffs, I would sell you mine from rear of my hf cat, lol. Just like how mine sounds right now, and don't want to make it sound like crap for the 3".

My GT exhaust from Ed was $75. He also might have given me a deal since I bought the engine at the same time though. :p

Haha, I have had my stockers since I bought the car, but have been wanting clears a long dang time, just haven't ever gotten to it. It's not very high up in my very long "to-do" mod list.

IF you didn't catch my other post, ask a junkyard if you can go cut the exhaust off a GT/GTP from about 6-8" toward the engine after the big U by the back rear tire.

Cost me $40 and that included the stock GT/GTP muffs and tips.

ALthough, I threw on flows and some big chrome resonating tips.

BTW, does the GT front bumper look ok without the GT skirts and rear bumper?

I honestly prefer the look of my SE rear, being higher and such, my only visual complaint is the really ugly front of it. I just hate the front of my SE.

Yes the GT/P front end will look fine with the GT rear.

Yep, '97 through early '00 (as I'm proof of) carried the catfish. The lack of side skirts looks fine, plus you shed some weight.
