It would seem that 500whp will require serious boost, therefore intercooling and some sort of meth or nitrous injection. I know you said non turbo, but isnt intercooling and higher boost levels easier to attain with turbo set up? Your ballgame tho...I'm sure there will be avid interest as far as the pics thru various stages of the build. To be honest, I'm pretty darned impressed with a V6 powered FWD car that runs 12s...then again I am easily impressed (or so my wife tells me)

Chico, the current horsepower record on a M90 set-up is like 530-some horsepower. It's Fred in Milwaukee.
His best times was only like an 11.2 and he has done everything under the sun to get there.
But if anybody can get an M90 into the 10s, it's you Chico.

A TVS might be the key to getting it into the 10s.
I wonder if there is any way to fit the TVS rotors in an M90 housing...

I think if you're going to do anything like that, I would go with some sort of twin screw blower. A Whipple will be your best bet at something like that, as I think the TVS blowers are crazy expensive.
PRJ is in the process of helping someone out with their Whipple setup right now. I know they made a custom intercooler for it. Might be worth some researching.
Whipple and nitrous should be a pretty solid 10 sec. setup.

What about putting that eaton on a ZZP crate 3.8 If you do everything to the motor with that supercharger and an intercooler, maybe you can get there?
What about running NOS?
And out of curiosity, why do you not want to do a turbo build?
