What about running NOS?
And out of curiosity, why do you not want to do a turbo build? he said he had a fresh build, a crate 3.8 from zzp wouldnt do anything really, so its more diff than that. it would be cool to see twin fullsize IC's along with like a 2.5 pulley then a meth inj

And out of curiosity, why do you not want to do a turbo build? First off I build my own engines and would not benifit from a ZZP crate engine,I'm actually thinking of a stroker with splayed 4bolt mains,I am considering their aluminum heads and I also am considering anIC'd Whipple for FI and a small shot of Nitrous is a possibilty,as far as a turbo build they're great but it's just not the direction I want to go,I am just in the planning stages and parts collecting I have acess to a full machine shop and an experienced machinest to give me a hand .Chico

I think CSC is probably the best SC for our engines. The 3.8 V6 has plenty of torque on the low end already, and the CSC acts more like a turbo in that the top-end is where it makes most of its power. It should do a good job in helping the 3800 out where it needs it most.

CSC will let you use a better water/air intercooler system, not to mention won't heat up your air nearly as bad as a roots type SC would.
Novi 2000 ;-)
Your experience as a strong N/A builder will mesh perfectly with a centrifugal blower.

I think there's a Novi 4000 kit for sale over on CGP right now, can't remember the price though.

Novi does seem the way to go if that still counts as a "supercharger" for you chico (still belt driven wink wink haha)

I'm fairly sure I'll go with a MP112 kit or a whipple,as far as the engine it will be tanked then line bored ,stroker crank ,30k bored ,the rest of the rotating assembly I have'nt decided on but I'm looking at ZZP's aluminum heads I just do'nt know if I can justify the cost for performance dollar ,another consideration is using 4 bolt mains for bottom end strength, and no I'm not using the engine I have in the GP that will be going in the Midget!!and I have one other project in mind I'm making a Rat Rod out of my 50 chev P/U and I would like to use the LS1 out of the GTO and replace that with a LS7 this should keep me busy for a week or two.Chico(pops)
