Ok so I need to replace the bulbs behind the speedometer and temp gauge. I took a look at it and there's that plastic piece that covers the gauges and I couldn't figure out how to get it off.

So basically does anyone know how to do this/have a write up on it? I tried searching but couldn't find anything.

Also, is there a diagram that shows where/how many lights are under the gauges?

Thanks.

The dash trim bezel is held on with 10 or 11 clips: http://www.carstereohelp.com/stereoremovalPontiacGrandPrixSt2.htm

Do I really need to take the whole thing off like that? If so I might not even bother.

While on that topic. I'm doing that on my winter car for "practice" to how to remove it out. Only my complain was steering wheel block dashboard cover. I did lower the wheel down as much as I can. It was hard to get out. I pull it hard out from my summer car last year that I finally got it out without damage them. Now, pretty soon I will have my dash cover paint and soon re-install it. I don't want ruin the paint if I have to re-install it back. What did I do wrong? The warning flasher button block where rubber thing around. I pull it away but couldn't work out. It was pain the butt for me. confused

You can try removing the steering column covers palsut, it might make it easier to install. The dash trim will flex a bit as well.

I can remove the dash trim with the column covers in place as well, it was just a suggestion. laugh For the stock radio, there are some bulb numbers here: http://www.backinblackgp.com/Radio_Lamp_repair.htm

Thank blackarrow98gp. I always want to make sure before I scratch them out. Remove them from steering wheel sound like a good idea. I'm sure I will have lot of room to install dashboard back without them block that way. That's my major problem. Rest of them is easy as snap it back.
