I really like my tri-spoke. When ebay have FULL polish tri-spoke that I'm probably only one guy with full polish wheels. I got too exciting and won this bid. I sold my old paint wheels and install full polish wheels. Everyone love/hate this. I thought I'm going keep this wheels until I found 18" wheel on great deal. lol

I will move my tri-spoke wheel to my winter car when I have 18" wheel install on my summer car someday in future.

I have the tri-spoke and have wanted polished T-stars since day one, but each time i wash the baby, spray some jet black tire shine and chrome cleaner, man, they dazzle! They've definitely grown on me, and I feel that less people have the Tri-Star rim so i'm more 'unique' haha!

I will add everything up bro. I'm putting the splash guard and bumper headlights all that stuff on as we speak.

I drove it earlier just getting used to not using half throttle (med load) since its turbo half throttle is not good since the blades are only open a little and the air is being boosted and well ya not good haha. It is either drive normal or go balls out haha. Once you get close to breaking vac either floor it or lay off. I think my BOV spring is too rigid I may have to cut it or get another one.

I had a 2008 civic SI take off next to me idk why he didn't see my car I hadn't rev'd it to hit boost so that the blow off would sound but then he was doing like 60 I brake boosted it and blew by him let off the gas and the blow off was loud as blank. I pulled back and he was like "holy #$@%^%@%@%^@^" hahahaha

Tranny is holding up fine from a roll pressure in the lines is good. I haven't gunned it from a dead stop yet. From a low 20mph roll it will scare the living blank out of you. Because its like ok floor it 1... omfg lol no joke haha. The PT-61 spools quick lol

Oh and I am building up suspense for the number !

Well My GT put down 164whp and 182ft/lb with:

K&N FIPK
2.5" cat back
ZZP 1.0 pcm


We maxed her out at 295whp and 342ft/lb before the trans pressure was just going nuts.

She is now at 270whp and 319ft/lb

i bet that 100 hp felt like a CRAP load more lol

The funny thing is that I know this dyno is conservative.

I know people who had the same mods I did on my GT who dyno'd 180ish whp on a mustang dyno lol

Yes, GTP's had 240 at the crank, through drivetrain loss it is closer to 190-200 HP at the wheels.

GT's have 200 hp at the crank, and about 155-160 at the wheels. Figure in about 20% drivetrain loss.

Geeeeze, those numbers are pretty low for todays standards. The new WRX is at 340hp now i believe. Were all falling behind! (or at least those of us too poor to afford more parts *me*) haha)

The new WRX is fairly performance oriented but yes you are correct, more and more family sedans are coming with more power from the factory.

All vehicles will have drivetrain loss, certain cars will have more than another. Some platforms, like AWD, have more drivetrain loss than others.

You can change the amount of drivetrain loss using aftermarket parts I'm sure but you will only change it a few percent at most, maybe 3% AT MOST, and that is using very expensive parts with new technology.

If you want more power to the wheels, make your engine more powerful.

Well here is the thing different cars can do different things with different amount of hp. A Grand Prix requires high 400whp to run low 11's meanwhile another v8 would take close to 900whp. Get my point?

From a 20 roll. btw stock evo8's run 14's his was a little modded from what I could tell and hear magnaflow exhaust, and hks ssq bov no idea what else.

The amount of cylinders means nothing. A 400hp v6 makes the same amount of power as a 400 hp v8. Yes different drivetrain may throw WHP numbers off a bit but not by 500 whp, maybe 50whp at most, and that is on a very anemic AWD platform compared to a GP.

Weight is the biggest factor. 100 lbs is 0.1 sec in the 1/4 mile, as a general rule.
