am looking for older grand prix rims the gold snowflake shaped rims, don't want to pay to much but can't seem to find them anywhere

they should be easy to come by, you have to ditch them to put on the F-body brakes....

Ed Morad is definitely the way to go for the wheels. As for the spoiler, he may have one. Not sure where you can get one. Alternatives are available:

my buddy has a set of crosslaced wheels like that, however they were painted black. They look nice, dont know of thats what your looking for though
