Yes, it will. But so does mine and it came from Lowes. Not to mention, it gets the intake further away from the crossover.

-1x 3" Rubber Sewer Pipe Coupler
-1x 3" ABS (or PVC) 60* Elbow
-2x 3" Pipe Couplers
-Adhesive

Filter of choice, with 3" inlet. I'm running a K&N 9".

Alternately, if you can get a 60* street elbow, you'll only need one pipe coupler, because it's 3" OD on one side already. For the IAT, just cut a hole in the center of the rubber coupler for a tight fit. You can either use actual plumbing glue on the pipes (I did) or any epoxy you have lying around. ABS is preferable to PVC because it's more heat resistant, but I didn't have issued with my PVC intake on my 3100. Done.
