spark plugs and exhaust ?

I know ive emailed the group about spark plugs already but does anyone have pics of actually changing the spark plugs? or pics on making the job easier? if not could someone take some pictures for me if they have free time to spare. it would help me out a lot

and also about the exhaust question, my state is about to do away with emission testings and I am wondering what I should do with my exhaust? can i get a straight pipe that bolts right in without welding? I just want to do away with the cat and all. I have a 2000 GT

What state do you live in that is doing away with emmisions????
