That's just my view on it dude everyone sees it differently.

Now that I think about it your standards are quite high. Do you have a lot of people around you that mod cars as well or are you a lone wolf?

The main car group I'm in is about 100 deep with three 9 sec cars eight 10 second cars etc etc so ya I have high standards. We have pulled over 300 into some of our meets. Oldest person is like 26 in our group. Loads of them don't go for e/t we usually go for traps. We have up to 152 our highest.

Up in Ma there are some meets with over 1500 cars over at gillete meets.

I'm afraid the Tornado is pure snake oil and weather you've falen victim to imfomercials or wishfull thinking these contraptions will give you 0 gains period ,there are time tested mods that will give you hp and track improvements such as cam ,headers ,gearing,weight trimming ect. I have been racing and building engines for 35yrs and have seen many gimics come and go but a rule of thumb is it takes aproximatly 100 hp to gain a full sec. in the 1/4 .Chico(pops)

chrisgt, i said the best things u can buy at autozone, that is what i meant. and again i meant i picked up after i installed those, not sayin because of them, cuz it could have been that or not. dont know. but yea i know more about racing than u give me credit for. but its cool. instead of goin after each other, lets go rag on some chevy and dodge boys lol

why rag on Chevy? You drive a Pontiac Monte Carlo. Or is it the Chevy Grand Prix? Whatever.

The point is, it wasn't because of the tornado. At best it does nothing, at worst it impedes the intake.

Not because of your Chevy comment, the fact that you think a Tornado and a filter will net you .6 in the 1/4.

At least some people see my argument about the 1/4 mile gain lol.

and again, like i said, it picked up after the tornado and filter install, didnt say because of it. but im sure it helped some, but not all.
