If you truly want a quicker GP, I expect (from what I have read) that the GXP will be in the low 14 second range - V8's HP / TQ = 303 / 323 - and the trans. upgraded to avoid the 'torque management' mentioned. Etc.

I will agree here -- the new GP GXP should be a mid-low 14 second car - BUT! I also expect any
variance of HP will result in premature lower motor or Tranny failure - now that said - I bet the GXP will be a good high 13 contender with no problems!
