Almost that easy.... It will ask you if you want a single partition or multiple, FAT16 or FAT32, it will throw a few questions out that the ametuer might not know how to respond to. Once it's formatted it will ask you how you would like to boot the system, it will go through a process of creating a fatdisk and installing drivers to be able to boot from the cdrom, then you will get a flashing cursor..... usually it's a matter of typing setup.exe, and answering more questions.......yada yada yada.
