Per previous post, the HP will be to the crank not to the wheel. HP ratings from manufacturers and what not always state the HP to the crank. You must take into account that that you should get an average loss of 18% to 22% decrease when the HP comes from the wheel. Don't believe. Dyno it and post up the numbers.
