The hard parts will break long before you burn it up.

Unless your doing heavy duty work your tranny is will hold up fine without extra cooling. Besides if your stuck in traffic with no air flow an external cooler won't help all that much because it needs the airflow to get the heat out of the fins.

Ohh and yes heat will kill any tranny. What we're saying is normal driving isn't a heat worry problem with our cars.
