I believe you'll have to contact your dealer to get the radio unlocked. There is some procedure you have to perform on the radio to get a code from it. With this code, the dealer can give you the unlock code for the radio.

If it looks as though you have plenty of coolant in the overflow reservoir, then I would say the level sensor might be bad. That's something else the dealer would be able to check for you.
