I don't doubt that with a good traction-full launch I'd be in the 13's. Certainly not 13.4, that's a bit beyond what I've done. The '96 Formula starts out with 285 hp, and plenty more torque than the GTP, and weighs only a little more, so of course it will take considerable mods to beat it in the 1/4.
